About The Role:
- Managing and litigating personal injury and workers' compensation cases from start to finish.
- Conducting legal research, drafting pleadings and motions, and preparing for court appearances.
- Negotiating settlements and collaborating with medical experts and insurance adjusters.
- Liaising with clients, lawyers, insurers, doctors, investigators, financial advisors etc.
- Providing mentorship and guidance to junior lawyers and support staff.
Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree and admission to practice law
- Minimum 1-3 years PQE in Personal Injury and Workers Compensation law
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and advocacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Benefits & Perks:
- Competitive salary package ($130,000 - $155,000 depending on experience)
