Our client, with sites in Clayton South & Dandenong South, is an Australian high-performance car company, that convert American Utes. We are currently seeking experienced Welders and Boilermakers to work in their new expansive worksite, modern, clean, and structured.
About the Job
In the automotive industry, focusing on car and utility vehicle chassis, you will contribute to the re-engineering of imported vehicles.
This will include tasks such as fabrication, preparation, and welding. Applicants must have MIG welding experience, preferably with recent structural welding experience. Positions are available for both trade-qualified and non-trade-qualified welder/fabricators.

- Tack weld new fire plates into engine cavity
- Cut out to plan with handheld metal saw
- MIG weld chassis to high quality production standards
- Chassis Prep work required prior to welding
- Recent MIG welding experience
- Full Australian Working Rights (38hrs per week)
- Ability to use hand-held air and power tools
- Excellent work history and team attitude with good references.
- Ability to follow instructions and work unsupervised
