Responsibilities of the Overnight Baker:
- Bake products according to production schedules and specifications
- Monitor ovens and adjust as needed
- Ensure products meet quality and appearance standards
- Packing baked products
Requirements of the Overnight Baker:

High school diploma (or equivalent) and prior bakery or food production experience.

Ability to work independently overnight and efficiently to follow production schedules.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
