ABOUT THE POSITION.

In this position you will play an important role in the long-term growth and success of our team. Working alongside our highly experienced Associate Director of Human Resources, you will be responsible for completing and taking ownership of a number of key recruitment and HR-related tasks across the business. 


DUTIES.

• Internal recruitment
• Set up, onboard, and induct new employees
• Employee training and development
• Update and issue internal contracts
• Develop and update internal HR systems and policies
• Implement company performance management systems
• Prepare and execute HR related initiatives
• Supplier management
• General ad hoc HR tasks

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE. 

• Tertiary qualification in Human Resources Management
• A minimum 1-2 years' experience in recruitment
• Exposure to HR responsibilities is highly regarded

REMUNERATION & BENEFITS.

• $70,000 - $80,000 + Super based on experience
