Senior Digital Marketing Specialist

We are hiring a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to join an international law firm in Hong Kong.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and optimise social media and digital channels across Asia, including content planning, scheduling, localisation, and performance tracking.
• Manage regional platforms (WeChat and Chinese-language website), ensuring accurate, aligned content updates.
• Collaborate with digital, creative, and studio teams to deliver engaging, channel-appropriate content and campaigns.
• Support regional digital marketing campaigns, including targeting, execution, and performance optimisation.
• Create and adapt basic visual assets to maintain brand consistency, providing light design support.
• Support and optimise marketing technology platforms, including rollouts, upgrades, and user adoption.
• Track performance, generate insights, and support reporting, training, and continuous improvement across digital initiatives.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent academic background.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in digital media, marketing, communications, or a related field, preferably within a professional services or financial services setting.
• Strong communication skills in English and Chinese are required as the role involves managing Chinese-language digital platforms, developing and localising content, and engaging with stakeholders across the region.
• Familiarity with social media management, digital content, and campaign delivery.
• Practical experience with WeChat and Chinese digital platforms is highly desirable.
• Proficiency with standard MarTech tools and basic Adobe design skills
• Detail-oriented, well-organised, and able to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Professional, discreet, and a strong team player with a proactive mindset.
