St. Anthony Regional Hospital, one of "America's Best Hospitals for Patient Experience and Emergency Care" (2025 Women's Choice Award), is seeking an OB/GYN to join their collegial team due to an upcoming retirement in Carroll, IA (between Omaha, NE and Des Moines, IA):
• Full and part-time options with flexible scheduling will be considered
• Extensive demand for Gyn surgery, access to a daVinci robot on-site
• Physicians are truly respected in this organization – you will have both autonomy and robust clinical support
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive base salary of $500,000 (for full time) + additional lucrative bonuses ($62.6 per wRVU)
• Generous $200K+ recruitment incentive includes signing & relo stipend
• $3,000 monthly residency stipend
• 35+ days’ Time Off
• Comprehensive health/dental/vision insurance, generous 401K match, malpractice w tail coverage, tax-advantaged savings vehicles & more
