Salesforce Business Analyst

📍 Melbourne | Hybrid (3 days onsite)
🕒 3-month initial contract
🔐 Must be Australian Citizen (Baseline clearance eligible)

We’re looking for a Salesforce Business Analyst to support a major program.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather and document business requirements through stakeholder workshops
  • Translate business needs into clear technical specifications
  • Work closely with design, build, and test teams to deliver solutions
  • Model and improve business processes (BPMN)
  • Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions
  • Manage requirements using tools like Azure DevOps

Skills & Experience

  • Experience as a Business Analyst in Salesforce environments
  • Strong requirements elicitation and process modelling skills
  • Experience writing user stories and acceptance criteria
  • Familiar with Azure DevOps (or similar tools)
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
