Associate Software Engineer

Responsibilities

• Participate in daily standups and manage development work independently throughout the day
• Support, customize, and enhance existing SaaS and internal business applications
• Contribute to the design and development of new in-house applications
• Write and maintain APIs and assist with application integrations
• Partner with business users, analysts, and internal stakeholders to gather needs, provide updates, and support testing

Qualifications

• 0–2 years of software development experience
• Exposure to Java and/or Python preferred, but any experience in a technical language accepted
• Familiarity with databases and cloud environments such as Snowflake or AWS is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in technology major preferred, but not required
• Comfortable working in a collaborative, Agile-style team environment
• Self-motivated, coachable, and confident communicating with business partners
