Customer Service Consultant

This role is ideal for someone with strong phone-based customer service or sales experience who is looking to build a longterm career within insurance broking. Full training and support towards Tier 1 qualification will be provided.


Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of SME insurance clients
• Handle policy renewals and retention conversations
• Build strong relationships with clients over the phone and via email
• Provide general insurance advice and discuss appropriate coverage options
• Liaise with insurers to source suitable policies and pricing
• Manage cancellation and retention strategies
• Maintain accurate client records and policy documentation
• Work collaboratively within a team-focused environment

About You

• Previous experience within customer service, sales, call centre, retail, banking, hospitality, or other phone-based environments
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable working in a sales-focused environment
• Professional presentation and office experience preferred
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
• Insurance experience or Tier 1 qualification is advantageous but not essential
