Job Squad is seeking an energetic, organized and self-motivated professional who wants to help us introduce our newest suite of services to businesses in the Collierville, Germantown and Greater Memphis area. Individuals that will succeed in this role will have strong communication and organizational skills as well as the ability to consistently engage with area business professionals, management and HR teams. Position is a Full-Time Hybrid Remote and in Branch position. The successful candidate will develop initial relationships via leveraging outreach and engagement strategies and tactics. For effective performance, the qualified individual will receive both salary and incentives. As a Partnership Specialist, you will work closely with our branch network and regional team members as well as a broad, marketing, and product teams to identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships that enhance market presence and revenue potential.
