We are working in partnership with a leading Australian construction business, who are looking to secure an experienced Site supervisor to sit across the fit out of a large scale data centre in Melbourne's West.
This role will initially be on a contract basis, supporting a live project while the business recruits permanently, with the potential to transition into a long-term position.

Key responsibilities include:
- Coordinating trades and driving subcontractor performance
- Overseeing site establishment, logistics, and planning
- Monitoring quality to ensure compliance with drawings, standards, and specifications
- Managing sub contractors and maintaining clear communication with the Project Manager and CA
- Ensuring strong safety culture and site compliance
About You
- Proven experience as a Site supervisor on commercial construction projects (data centre or services-heavy fitout experience highly regarded)
- Strong understanding of subcontractor coordination and services integration
- Proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to drive programme
- High attention to detail with a focus on quality outcomes

- Competitive hourly rates: $70 – $110 per hour
- Full-time hours (5 days per week)
