We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join a high-performing technology team and lead the successful delivery of strategic technology initiatives in Brisbane.

This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, requiring someone who can effectively manage project delivery while engaging confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and aligned to business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end delivery of technology projects.
• Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets and governance artefacts.
• Manage project risks, issues, dependencies and change requests.
• Coordinate technical teams, vendors and business stakeholders.
• Facilitate project meetings, workshops and steering committee updates.
• Provide clear status reporting and executive-level communications.
• Ensure project outcomes align with strategic business objectives.
• Drive accountability and delivery across multiple workstreams.

About You

You will be an experienced Project Manager with a proven track record delivering technology projects within complex environments.


Essential Experience

• Demonstrated experience managing IT or technology projects from initiation through delivery.
• Strong project planning, governance and reporting capabilities.
• Experience managing budgets, timelines, risks and dependencies.
• Exceptional stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively across technical and business teams.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and negotiation skills.

Highly Regarded

• Experience delivering projects within banking or financial services environments.
• Exposure to M&A, business separation, integration or divestment programs.
• Experience leading data migration, platform migration or technology transformation projects.
• Experience operating within highly regulated environments.
