We are seeking a proactive and system-savvy Project Administrator for a 12-month fixed-term contract within a major Oil & Gas project environment. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between project execution and financial controls, providing high-level operational support to the Management team.
Key Responsibilities
- System & Financial Coordination: Act as the primary point of contact for SAP workflows, including the end-to-end management of Purchase Requisitions (PRs), Work Orders, and Service Entries.
- Project Governance: Proactively monitor and drive SAP approvals and follow up on project action registers to ensure all deliverables remain on track.
- Procurement & Cost Support: Assist with cost tracking and procurement activities, ensuring the online tracking platform is accurately maintained and aligned with project spend.
- Operational Administration: Manage comprehensive project filing systems via Microsoft Teams and provide general administrative backing to the broader project group.
- Reporting: Facilitate the end-to-end invoice and payment tracking process and assist in the development of project presentations and status reports.
- Proven Experience: 3 to 4 years of experience in a dedicated project or operations support role, ideally within a technical or heavy industrial sector.
- Essential Software: Advanced SAP system knowledge is a mandatory requirement. You must be proficient in using SAP for procurement, work orders, and financial tracking.
- Project Tools: High proficiency in Microsoft Teams for document management and file architecture.
- Exceptional Communicator: Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and across external project partners.
- Team Oriented: A collaborative mindset with a focus on maintaining transparent communication between leadership and the project team.
- Detail Driven: A hands-on, proactive approach to problem-solving and administrative accuracy.
