Location: Sterling Heights Shift: 1st Shift, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM Pay: $18–$20/hr
Job Summary
We are hiring a Plastic Injection Operator to support production operations in a manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of plastic injection molding experience and be comfortable working in a fast-paced production setting. This role involves machine operation, quality inspections, mold setup support, and maintaining production standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
• Perform visual inspections to identify defects such as short shots, flash, and warpage
• Install and secure dies or molds using clamps and hand tools
• Perform basic preventative maintenance and cleaning on equipment
• Record production data, scrap rates, and machine downtime
• Follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines
• Support production and maintain quality standards
• Assist with general production duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of plastic injection molding experience required
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to read and follow technical work instructions
• Strong attendance and reliability
