A family-owned Refrigeration and HVAC contractor based in Dublin is expanding its technical field service team and now seeking experienced Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technicians. Positions are available in both the Service & Maintenance and Installation & Projects departments.

The successful candidates will carry out a wide range of field service activities, including the installation, maintenance, servicing, and repair of commercial refrigeration, air conditioning, and heat pump systems at client sites. Projects and service work are completed for respected national and international clients across the supermarket, retail, hospitality, education, medical, and office sectors.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

  • A formal qualification in Refrigeration (Apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ, or equivalent)

Key Skills:

  • Strong technical expertise

  • Effective problem-solving and fault-finding ability

  • Broad experience base with a first-fix mindset

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality

  • Excellent customer care skills

  • Electrical and mechanical competence

  • Familiarity with BMS and control systems

  • Awareness of electronic systems

  • Team collaboration and mentoring capability

Required Qualifications:

  • City & Guilds / NVQ / FETAC in Refrigeration or equivalent

  • F-Gas 2078/2079 Certification

  • Safe Pass

  • Manual Handling

  • Full, valid driving licence
