Sales Technician Roma

Position Purpose:
The role is responsible for delivering high-quality workshop and counter sales support to customers with pride, accuracy, and professionalism. This position ensures customer orders are processed correctly the first time and provides informed product and purchasing advice to enhance customer outcomes and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Business related trade discipline desirable
• Cert IV in retail sales - desirable

Experience

• Previous Technical and sales experience in a Mechanical environment
• Broad exposure to hose assembly in both the Industrial & Hydraulic hose markets

What We're Looking For

• Automotive, mechanical, or trade background (or strong mechanical aptitude)
• Proven hands-on fault-finding and problem-solving ability
• Strong sales mindset with a customer-first approach
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
• Strong commitment to safety and quality
• Current, valid driver's license
