【グローバルITサービス企業】DevOps エンジニア（Kubernetes/SRE）

A Global IT Service firm is looking for a DevOps Engineer.

Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for infrastructure services, building strong relationships with business stakeholders, customers, and service providers
- Manage end-to-end service delivery, ensuring infrastructure services meet agreed SLAs, KPIs, availability, and performance targets
- Coordinate with internal infrastructure teams and external vendors to ensure stable operations, timely issue resolution, and continuous service improvement
- Lead incident, problem, and change management activities, including handling major incidents and customer escalations
- Oversee infrastructure projects, upgrades, migrations, and technology refresh initiatives, ensuring successful delivery and minimal business disruption
- Monitor service performance, capacity, risks, and operational health, providing regular reporting and executive-level updates
- Drive service governance, compliance, and operational best practices while ensuring alignment with security and regulatory requirements
- Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and infrastructure modernization to improve efficiency, reliability, and customer satisfaction

Required Skills:
- At least 5 years of experience building and operating Linux servers (basic command operations, user and permission management, middleware configuration, troubleshooting)
- At least 5 years of experience building, operating, and monitoring infrastructure for B to C systems
- Practical experience or knowledge of container technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker

Working hours: 9:00 - 17:30 (Mon-Fri)
Working Style: Hybrid (4 days in office, 1 day work from home)
