•Join a team of 6 primary care physicians who enjoy collaborating and taking a teamwork approach to patient care
•EPIC EMR and Dedicated 1:1 Nursing Staff - work smarter, not harder
•4-day work with autonomy over your schedule for ultimate work/life balance
•Integrate your clinical passions like women's health, chronic disease management, holistic medicine, inpatient rounding, scopes, and more
•Be as busy as you would like, day 1— immediate volume from inheriting the panel of a retiring physician and increasing community engagement
Compensation & Benefits:
•Guaranteed Base Salary + Competitive wRVU earnings = $360,000+ in proven earning potential
•$210,000 Recruitment Package built based on your needs, including sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, retention package, or incredible student loan forgiveness
•Comprehensive benefits package 8 weeks PTO, IPERS retirement (9.5% match), $6,500 CME Allowance, and more
•Public Service Loan Forgiveness Eligible and NHSC Site for an additional $75,000 in student loan repayment
