Details:

• Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN)
• Location: Post, TX
• Facility: Dalby Unit
• Contract: Ongoing
• Shift: 12-hour day shift
• Schedule: 4 on / 4 off rotation (alternating 36/48-hour weeks)
• Pay: $38+/hour, depending on experience

• Ongoing assignment with consistent hours and long-term placement
• Structured schedule supporting strong work-life balance
• Collaborative and supportive clinical environment
• Unique opportunity to work in a correctional care setting
• Travel stipends available for those commuting 50+ miles

• Active TX or compact LVN license
• 1+ year of LVN experience

• Provide direct patient care to incarcerated individuals under RN or physician supervision
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with facility protocols
• Conduct intake screenings and assist with routine and emergency assessments
• Support patients with chronic, acute, and mental health needs
• Respond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or basic life support
