I am currently working with an established and growing commercial construction company, looking for a Contract Administrator to join their team in Brisbane.

With a strong pipeline of fitout and new build projects across a diverse range of sectors, this opportunity is suited to either:
  • a Junior CA looking to step up and develop their career, or
  • a more experienced CA capable of running projects autonomously.
The business delivers high-quality projects with a collaborative, hands-on team culture and a reputation for strong client relationships and repeat work.

The Role
  • Subcontractor procurement and letting
  • Contract administration and management
  • Cost reporting and forecasting
  • Progress claims and variations
  • Procurement scheduling
  • Head contract administration
  • Financial tracking and reporting
  • Liaising with clients, consultants and subcontractors
  
About You
  • Graduate or junior Contract Administrators seeking mentorship and career growth
  • Mid-level or senior CAs looking for greater project exposure and autonomy
  • Experience within commercial construction
  • Exposure to fitout and/or new build projects
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work within a collaborative team environment
