About The Role
Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will work closely with internal stakeholders and suppliers to ensure products, materials, and stock are ordered, tracked, and delivered efficiently.
This role would suit someone with previous purchasing, procurement, administration, inventory, logistics, or supply chain experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Processing purchase orders and supplier requests
- Coordinating stock and inventory requirements
- Monitoring order progress and delivery schedules
- Maintaining accurate purchasing and supplier records
- Liaising with suppliers and internal stakeholders
- Assisting with inventory management and reporting
- Supporting operational and supply chain activities
- General administration and data management
Skills & Experience
- Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, administration, inventory, logistics, or supply chain
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience using ERP, inventory, or purchasing systems will be highly regarded
- Proactive and solutions-focused approach
