We’re partnering with a leading blue-chip organisation to find an experienced WHSE Manager who can drive strategic safety programs across Australia and New Zealand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver regional EHS programs aligned with global strategy
- Conduct compliance audits and follow-up actions
- Collaborate with site managers, engineers, and executives
- Coach and support internal teams in safety performance
- Lead EHS management systems and governance processes
About You:
- 7+ years in EHS, ideally in manufacturing or similar
- Degree-qualified in WHS, Engineering or Environmental disciplines
- Experience in safety program delivery (plant safety, machine guarding, energy control)
- Strong communicator who can influence at all levels
- Comfortable managing multiple programs and reporting metrics
Location: Sydney or Brisbane
