Product Manager | Health Tech | Woman's Tech

Hormona is a venture backed, data-driven HealthTech startup on a mission to revolutionise women’s health.Our focus is on hormonal health and we are about to launch an offering helping women take control of their hormones through an innovative end-to-end solution utilising AI-driven health tracking & at home testing.We are a small and ambitious team located between London & Stockholm, and we are now looking for a Product Manager to take ownership of Hormona’s App. What You’ll Do As a Product Manager at Hormona you get to collaborate with stakeholders across the company on projects that have a direct impact on the overall product strategy in order to solve our customer’s pains and Hormona’s commercial goals

• Take a leading role in shaping and executing Hormona's overall product strategy and roadmap in the Health domain
• Drive product discovery by organizing, leading and performing qualitative & quantitative research and customer discovery
• Gain a deep understanding of business and customer needs and turn them into objectives and success metrics
• Support our engineering teams in clearly defining and framing customer problems and needs and clearly communicating roadmap and priorities
• Analyse & use data to gain insights into the product and its performance
• Write product specifications, user stories, etc.
• Build alignment between teams and stakeholders
• Work tightly with the CEO to set the product vision, and build and communicate strategy.
• Be responsible for ensuring that the product scope is delivered on expectations, budget, and timings.
• Engage the product team towards vision and delivery
• Ensure the team knows what to work on, prioritize the backlog, and make tough decisions when required

• You love building outstanding products that add value to your customers!
• You have 3+ years of experience managing digital products/services
• You are an entrepreneurial self starter who takes ownership of their responsibilities
• Experienced in setting and managing a product roadmap and balancing innovation with short- and long-term goals.
• You love exploring data and are fluent in setting up & running A/B tests
• You have high attention to detail and a history of balancing multiple, ambitious priorities.
• You have a good understanding for UX/UI, and have previously collaborated with designers.
• You know how to handle a product’s lifecycle in all stages - from strategy and research to launch and maintenance/iteration.
• You are great at leading international teams and partners throughout the product development process.
• You are experienced working with agile methodologies in a startup environment.
• You’re an expert in relevant project management tools
• You know how to implement best practices and share them with your colleagues
• You are fluent in English
• You are flexible and organized
• You are an excellent communicator and storyteller, engaging with your audience on a personal level.
