Requirements of position
 
· Must be bilingual in English and Spanish 
· Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred 
· Previous forklift operating experience required 
· Forklift certification is a plus 
· Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment 
· Must be able to lift to 50 lbs regularly 
· Ability to stand, walk, bend, and clean for extended periods 
· Strong attention to detail and cleanliness 
· Reliable transportation and strong attendance required 
· Ability to follow safety procedures and company policies 
· Must work well independently and with a team 
· Comfortable working in a warehouse or industrial environment 
· Flexible to assist with additional warehouse duties when needed
 
 
Responsibilities of position
 
 
Job Squad Solutions is currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Bilingual Janitor / Custodian with Forklift Experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the facility while also assisting with warehouse operations using a forklift when needed. Candidates must be able to communicate in both English and Spanish and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Clean and maintain warehouse, offices, restrooms, break rooms, and common areas 
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, dust, and remove trash throughout the facility 
  • Always follow safety and sanitation procedures 
  • Operate forklifts safely to move materials and supplies as needed 
  • Assist with warehouse support duties when required 
  • Restock cleaning supplies and report maintenance issues 
  • Maintain organized and safe work areas 
  • Support team members with additional tasks as assigned 
Requirements
  • Must be bilingual (English & Spanish) 
  • Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred 
  • Previous forklift experience required 
  • Forklift certification is a plus 
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs 
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team 
  • Must have dependable transportation and good attendance
