Senior Project Manager

We are on the hunt for a Senior Project Manager.

Your Responsibilities

• Lead planning and delivery coordination across:
• Architecture teams
• Development team leads
• Test function
• Own and maintain integrated delivery plans, tracking progress across all work streams
• Act as the central point of co-ordination between delivery teams and the client’s PMO
• Manage and track:
• Scope, timelines, dependencies, risks and issues
• Drive clear visibility and reporting of delivery progress, risks, and mitigations
• Support and challenge delivery teams to ensure:
• Alignment to priorities
• Realistic planning
• Delivery accountability
• Facilitate cross-team collaboration and ensure dependencies are actively managed
• Lead change control and planning adjustments in response to evolving client direction
• Mentor and guide work stream leads on planning and delivery practices

Skills & Experience You Will Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in project or program management, ideally in complex technology environments
• Experience in AI/ Data platforms
• Experience managing multi-stream delivery
• Strong experience working in high-complexity or fast-moving programs
• Proven ability to operate in ambiguous and evolving environments
• Strong stakeholder management experience, including client PMO engagement
• Experience working with technical teams (software, platform, or engineering)
• Excellent planning, coordination, and delivery tracking capability
• Ability to influence without direct authority across senior technical stakeholders
