This company specialise in the breeding of new berry varieties and are seeking to fill a vacancy for the role of Sales Coordinator.
Job Description:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for sales administration, controlling declarations, controlling data, , raising invoices, and preparing credit notes. The successful candidate will also be responsible for liaising with the customer relationship manager, preparing agreements and customer liaison.
In addition, the successful candidate will be responsible for office management, which will include mailbox and paperwork management. The position requires a well-organized person who can control the office administration.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales administration
- Controlling declarations and data
- Raising invoices and sending to customers
- Preparing credit notes
- Following up with customer relationship manager on negotiated terms
- Preparing agreements and sending to customers
- Office management, including mailbox and paperwork management
Qualifications:
- Industry experience is not required, but the candidate should have relevant experience in sales administration and office management.
- The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
