About the Company: 

You’ve built solid experience in claims or case management, and now you’re ready for a step up into something more specialised. A role where you can take ownership of Personal Accident and Injury claims, work with more complex matters, and be part of a team that genuinely supports each other.

We’re partnering with a modern, people-first Underwriting Agency based in Sydney. They’re continuing to grow and are now looking for a Senior Claims Assessor or Senior Case Manager with experience in Personal Accident and Injury claims who is confident managing end-to-end files and making balanced, fair decisions.

This is ideal for someone who wants to deepen their technical expertise in injury-related claims, step into higher complexity work, and still enjoy a supportive, down-to-earth team environment.

About the Role: 
  • Managing Personal Accident and Injury claims end to end with care, accuracy, and strong judgement
  • Assessing liability, injury details, and entitlements in line with policy wording
  • Managing medical evidence, return to work considerations, and rehabilitation pathways
  • Engaging with claimants, brokers, insurers, and medical providers in a professional and empathetic way
  • Handling more complex or escalated claims with confidence
  • Identifying trends and contributing to continuous improvement across claims processes
  • Supporting a collaborative team environment and sharing technical knowledge

About you:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in claims or case management, ideally with Personal Accident or Injury experience
  • Confidence managing end-to-end claims, including more complex injury matters
  • Strong understanding of injury assessment, medical evidence, or rehabilitation processes
  • A detail-focused, practical, and solutions-driven mindset
  • Excellent communication skills with empathy and professionalism
  • Someone ready to step up into a Senior level role with real ownership
