We are currently partnering with a well-established Tier 2 civil contractor with a strong reputation for delivering complex infrastructure projects across Australia. Following the successful placement of multiple Supervisors and Senior HSE professionals into the business, we are now seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their growing Northern Territory operations.

With a solid pipeline of secured work, this is an opportunity to step into a key leadership role delivering major civil projects in a high-performing team environment.
About the role:
  • Lead the delivery of civil infrastructure projects across the Northern Territory
  • Project scope includes roads, bulk earthworks and general civil works
  • Project values up to $40 Million 
  • FIFO roster options: 2/1 or 3/1
  • Full project lifecycle responsibility from planning through to delivery
Key responsibilities:
  • Manage projects end-to-end, ensuring delivery on time and within budget
  • Lead site teams including Engineers, Supervisors and subcontractors
  • Oversee planning, programming, cost control and procurement
  • Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
  • Ensure compliance with safety, quality and environmental standards
About you:
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager within civil construction
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related discipline
  • Strong background in roads, earthworks and infrastructure projects
  • Experience delivering projects in the $40M+ range
  • Demonstrated leadership and team management capability
  • Ability to operate effectively in a FIFO/project environment
