What You'll Be Doing

Reporting to the Manager Safety & Risk within the People, Culture & Brand team, you'll be the go-to expert for enterprise risk and business continuity across the organisation.

• Leading and embedding enterprise risk management and business continuity initiatives
• Maintaining and reviewing risk registers across multiple business units
• Facilitating engaging risk workshops and stakeholder sessions
• Developing and improving risk frameworks, policies, and reporting
• Coordinating business continuity planning and emergency response activities
• Delivering risk analysis and reporting to leadership and key stakeholders
• Supporting a positive, proactive risk culture through training and education
• Driving continuous improvement across governance and operational risk functions
• Attending various organisational sites across the Perth metropolitan area

What We're Looking For

• Successful experience in a similar position with in-depth knowledge of risk and business continuity management practice
• Tertiary level qualification in risk management or a related discipline
• Solid understanding of enterprise risk management and business continuity frameworks
• Confidence facilitating workshops and communicating with stakeholders at all levels
• Strong written communication and organisational skills
• Experience with risk platforms such as CAMMS, Protecht, RiskMan, or similar is a bonus
• A current WA Driver's Licence and reliable mode of transport
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
• Ability to work nights and weekends during a crisis event
