The Opportunity
This is a strong performing store currently trading around $1M annually, and there’s a really exciting change ahead — the store is relocating into a brand-new, larger site in August. This means we’re looking for someone who can step in, take ownership, and help drive the next stage of growth while leading the team through this transition. We’re after a hands-on Store Manager who is commercially strong, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.

We’re after a hands-on Store Manager who is commercially strong, people-focused, and thrives in a fast-paced fashion retail environment.
What’s on offer
- Salary: $60-65k per annum + KiwiSaver
- Full-time role – 40 hours per week (Tuesday–Saturday roster)
- 50% staff discount

- Annual performance bonus in December (1% of sales above store budget, paid in January)
- Lead a small, established team (1 x 2IC + 3 x part-time stylists)
- Strong Area Manager support
- Opportunity to lead a store through a relocation and growth phase
- Driving sales and delivering strong KPI performance
- Leading, coaching and developing your team day to day
- Creating a great customer experience with a strong styling focus
- Managing store operations including stock, rosters, VM and compliance
- Building a positive, high-energy team culture
- Supporting and leading the store through its relocation and growth period
- Looking for opportunities to improve performance and customer engagement
- Previous Store Manager experience in fashion, apparel or specialty retail
- A proven track record of driving sales and hitting targets
- Strong leadership style with a focus on coaching and accountability
- Solid operational skills and attention to detail
- A genuine passion for fashion and customer styling
- Confidence leading through change and growth
- A hands-on, approachable leadership style
