Currently seeking a dedicated Customer Service Administrator to be the vital link between our clients and construction teams, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the building process.
As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:

As a Customer Service Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Acting as the main point of contact for customers throughout the construction journey.
- Coordinating communication between clients, construction supervisors, and internal departments.
- Supporting preconstruction compliance, DA, CDC,CC applications
- Managing customer inquiries, updates, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining accurate records of client interactions and project progress.
- Assisting with the preparation and distribution of contracts, variations, and other documentation.
- Previous experience in a customer service or administration role, within the construction or residential building industry.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems (preferred).
- A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
