Our client, a luxury fashion brand, is seeking a detail-oriented Creative Operations Specialist to support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and creative initiatives. This hybrid role (3 days in NYC office) partners with cross functional teams to keep projects organized, on track, and aligned with brand standards. Ideal for someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to bring creative projects to life in a dynamic environment.

Role Responsibilities

  • Support end-to-end execution of campaigns across digital, print, events, and marketing channels
  • Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and communication across internal teams and external partners
  • Manage creative requests and ensure clarity on project scope, milestones, and deadlines
  • Provide administrative and operational support including scheduling, documentation, and status tracking
  • Assist with content production and campaign execution to ensure projects move forward smoothly
  • Identify opportunities to improve workflows, organization, and team processes


Role Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in creative operations, production coordination, or related field
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and adapt in a dynamic environment
  • Clear communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams
  • Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar platforms preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience in marketing, communications, creative operations, or related field
Salary: $61k - $87k + bonus
