Senior Manager, Product Delivery

We are seeking a Senior Manager to join a dynamic Product Delivery team within a leading global investment organization. About the Role:

As a Senior Manager in Product Delivery, you will play a pivotal role in designing, planning, implementing, and managing investment solutions. You will engage across the full product lifecycle—from ideation to launch, ongoing management, and governance—while collaborating with multiple teams across global offices. The role requires a proactive and strategic mindset, with a strong desire to drive change and support business growth.

Responsibilities:

• Product Launch Execution: Coordinate the introduction of investment solutions tailored for the local market, including structuring, regulatory compliance, distribution setup, and KPI management. Oversee the process from planning through to launch.
• Product Management & Maintenance: Monitor the performance, costs, and client needs of existing products. Propose and implement updates, mergers, restructurings, and enhancements. Participate in product reviews and governance meetings.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact between sales, marketing, and investment teams. Support the preparation of materials for distributors and institutional clients. Manage internal approval workflows and governance processes.
• Product Governance: Oversee risk management and conflicts of interest across the product lifecycle. Ensure alignment with global policies and local regulations.
• Strategic Product Ideation: Analyze market trends, client needs, and distribution channels to propose new product ideas aligned with strategic objectives.

Requirements:

• Strong multitasking and coordination skills with experience managing multiple stakeholders.
• Solid understanding of investment product structures, regulations, and taxation.
• Business-level English proficiency for frequent interaction with global teams.
• Logical thinking, attention to detail, and a proactive problem-solving approach.
